Common questions
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy, install AI Coach 50+, then open any locked lesson and tap Restore my purchases.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose AI Coach 50+, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose AI Coach 50+ and tap Cancel.
You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & history, and choose the purchase. If you get stuck, email us and we'll help.
Read aloud doesn't make any sound
Turn the volume up using the buttons on the side of your phone. Read aloud plays through your phone's speaker even when an iPhone's silent switch is on. If it still won't speak, restart your phone and try again.
How do I make the text bigger?
On the home screen, tap Settings and text size and choose Large, Larger or Largest. You can also turn on "Read each screen to me" there.
"Copy and open" opened the AI helper, but the words didn't appear
The request is already copied. Tap the message box in your AI helper, press and hold, choose Paste, then tap the send arrow.
Can I switch between Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Go to Settings and text size and choose your AI helper. Every lesson will update to match.
How do I start the course over?
Go to Settings and text size and tap Reset my progress. Your purchases are kept.
